Chris was very kind and flexible to accommodate our need. Though he was busy, he arranged a very professional team mate from Kitchener to spray. Very accurate on time, and as he promised roaches are gone within a spray. We are expecting them in a week for round 2. Very considerate of health conditions as I am pregnant. I cross checked with my OB about pesticides use while pregnancy and he said exactly the same thing- stay away for 24 hours!Great work Chris and team!See you next week!
I was beside myself finding a bed bug in our house. I went into such panic and anxiety. I called so many pest control companies that really made me feel even more panicked. Chris the technician was very professional, thorough and was quite aware of the rodents movement and tracking their paths throughout my home. With a complete inspection he quickly zeroed in on the main stay of the small colony and professionally proceeded to assess and strategically carry out his plan of attack on the situation.. Outstanding service ! I had 2 concealed wasp nests in my entry way and deck vestibules that were hidden in the covered ceilings. Quick service as the very next day from calling he came and sprayed and now 24 hours later the wasps are completely gone. Such friendly phone service and quick appointment turn around time. The guy who came was so polite , efficient , answered all my questions. 10/10 customer service! I highly recommend this company !
Flea Preparation Sheet
Fleas are not easy to control, but we can work together as a team in order to control this problem in your home. The more thorough your preparation, the more effective the treatment process. Several treatments may be required before control is achieved.
Please complete the following prior to treatment:
- Elevate all articles off the floor
- Sweep and wash all floor surfaces
- Vacuum any carpeted areas
- Make arrangements for all occupants, including pets to vacate the residence for 6 hours following treatment. Children under 2 years of age, pregnant women, and anyone with respiratory illness must vacate for 24 hours.
As part of any good pest management program, the above noted steps are necessary to achieve the greatest possible control. Non-compliance with the above-noted steps may result in a rescheduled treatment for which a service fee will apply.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
