The full warranty can only be provided if we treat every unit in the building. Please contact us for full details.
If the pests come back within the warranty period, we will come and provide additional treatments free-of-charge.
The full warranty can only be provided if we provide all the sealing of additional entry points.
If you wish only to pay for installation and removal of the one-way door, additional sealing is up to you and no guarantee can be provided.
Unfortunately, no warranty can be provided as for exterior situations nothing is stopping other animals from reoccupying the space.
Ask us prior to the first treatment and we may be able to give you a discount if additional treatments are needed in the future.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a standard warranty for apartment treatments because we are unable to treat adjacent units.
6 Month Warranty
- We will attempt to kill the ants at their source
- We will search for the nest and destroy it directly if found
- If nest is not found we will kill all workers to starve the nest

6 Month Warranty
- Pharoah ants are smart and adaptable with well-hidden nests so typically we use a slow-acting poison to kill the nest.
- Patience is required when treating Pharaoh ants as they are very resilient. It may take up to three weeks to kill a Pharaoh ant colony.

Direct Nest Treatment
The most effective way to remove ants is to remove their nest. If nest is located in the interior, we may have to drill a couple of holes to inject an aerosol to kill the nest immediately. We will provide chemical treatment along all baseboards throughout the house including basement and exterior to prevent workers outside the nest from relocating their nest.
Even if we cannot find the nest, the chemical treatment will quickly kill the workers and starve the nest.
Bait Formula
If the nest is not found, we will place bait stations along the exterior and in every room. The ants will carry back the bait to the nest and share it with the rest of the colony. The poison in the bait is slow-acting so that it can infect a critical mass of the colony before the ants have a chance to react.
Identification Guide
Red ants are easily identifiable by their bright red bodies, while carpenter and pavement ants are both black.
Pavement ants have smooth bodies, whereas carpenter ants are slightly larger than pavement ants, and have hair follicles on their back which are visible under bright light.
Pharaoh ants are gold, smaller than pavement ants, and like warm areas. They are typically found on sides of homes that receive direct sunlight.
Vacate During Treatment
For interior treatments, as recommended by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment for all airborne treatments, occupants must be out of the house for at least 4 hours.
Occupants who are under the age of 2, have breathing disorders, or are pregnant must be out of the house for 24 hours.
