Chris was very kind and flexible to accommodate our need. Though he was busy, he arranged a very professional team mate from Kitchener to spray. Very accurate on time, and as he promised roaches are gone within a spray. We are expecting them in a week for round 2. Very considerate of health conditions as I am pregnant. I cross checked with my OB about pesticides use while pregnancy and he said exactly the same thing- stay away for 24 hours!Great work Chris and team!See you next week!

Chris the technician was very professional, thorough and was quite aware of the rodents movement and tracking their paths throughout my home. Outstanding service ! I had 2 concealed wasp nests in my entry way and deck vestibules that were hidden in the covered ceilings. Quick service as the very next day from calling he came and sprayed and now 24 hours later the wasps are completely gone. Such friendly phone service and quick appointment turn around time. The guy who came was so polite , efficient , answered all my questions. 10/10 customer service! I highly recommend this company !

Preparation Checklist
Our goal is to work with you as a team in order to control this problem in your home. The more thorough you are during the preparation process, the more effective the treatment process will be. Several treatments may be required before control is achieved.
Please complete the following prior to treatment:
- Move all items including furniture away from baseboards if possible
- Open blinds and remove all curtains
- Vacuum any carpeted areas
- Move all exterior items including sporting equipment, toys, bikes, lawn equipment, etc. away from foundation of home
- Make arrangements for all occupants, including pets to vacate the residence for a duration of 4 to 6 hours following treatment. Persons who are pregnant or who have breathing problems must be out of the home for 24-hours
As part of any good pest management program, the above noted steps are necessary to achieve the greatest possible outcome. Non-compliance with the above-noted steps may result in a rescheduled treatment for which a service fee will apply.

***Please stay approximately 12 inches from baseboards while mopping. The longer the chemical stays, the more effective it will be. You are able to sweep and mop close to baseboards.
